Steve West has practiced law in Nashville since 1978. He joined White & Reasor, PLC in 1993. He is routinely involved in commercial real estate transactions and other commercial matters.

Mr. West’s practice involves the acquisition, development, financing, leasing and disposition of commercial real estate projects. He represents a number clients who develop shopping centers anchored by national grocery stores and other “big box” tenants. He also represents lenders in an assortment of commercial lending transactions.

Mr. West earned his undergraduate degree from Birmingham Southern College (B.A., 1972) and his law degree from Vanderbilt University (J.D., 1978). He is a member of the Nashville and Tennessee Bar Associations. He is included in the 2007 Mid-South Super Lawyers list.

Mr. West enjoys fly-fishing and has an interest in photography.
