Charlie Reasor began his practice with the firm in 1999. He practices primarily in the areas of commercial transactions, real estate, and insolvency.

Mr. Reasor is experienced in various aspects of commercial transactions, particularly those involving real estate. He represents clients in the acquisition and disposition of apartment complexes and industrial, office, and retail properties, in the financing of such transactions, and in the leasing of such properties. In addition, he is experienced in sale-leasebacks and in the dissolution of real estate related ventures.

His insolvency practice involves representing clients in restructurings, reorganizations, and liquidations in and outside of bankruptcy. Outside of bankruptcy, he represents borrowers and lenders in workouts, the restructuring of credit facilities, and the liquidation of collateral, and in bankruptcy cases, he represents creditors in business reorganizations and liquidations.

Mr. Reasor is a graduate of Vanderbilt University (B.A., 1990), The London School of Economics and Political Science (Dipl., 1991), and Vanderbilt University School of Law (J.D., 1999), where he received the Weldon B. White Prize and the Scholastic Excellence Award in Judicial Remedies. He was listed as a Mid-South Rising Star in the area of real estate in the 2008 and 2009 editions of Mid-South Super Lawyers magazine.

Mr. Reasor speaks Portuguese and enjoys grilling and skywatching.
