Charlie Reasor began his practice with the firm in 1999 and practices primarily in the area of commercial real estate.
Mr. Reasor is experienced in various aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions of apartment complexes and industrial, office, and retail properties, as well as leasing and finance. He also has extensive experience in workouts, foreclosures, and reorganizations.
Mr. Reasor is a graduate of Vanderbilt University (B.A., 1990), The London School of Economics and Political Science (Dipl., 1991), and Vanderbilt University School of Law (J.D., 1999), where he received the Weldon B. White Prize and the Scholastic Excellence Award in Judicial Remedies. He is a member of the Nashville, Tennessee, and American Bar Associations.
Charlie speaks Portuguese and enjoys grilling and skywatching.
