The firm was founded in 1981 by David J. White, Jr. and Charles B. Reasor, Jr. who were partners in one of Nashville’s oldest and largest law firms. In the 1980’s, much of the firm’s practice was devoted to serving regional real estate syndication companies, and in the 1990’s, the firm attained prominence for its handling of complex commercial workouts. Today, White & Reasor, PLC represents a variety of businesses, investors, and individuals in the areas of real estate, commercial and corporate transactions, litigation, insolvency, and tax controversies.
